Services

Group Breathwork

Experience the transformative power of Breathwork in our fortnightly Friday Breakthrough Breathwork session from 6:30pm – 8:00pm and alternating Sunday Conscious Connected Breathwork session from 6pm - 7:30pm. Dive deep into the realms of your mind and release stored stress, tension and energy that we push down on a daily basis. Through this profound practice, you'll shed limiting beliefs, alleviate anxieties and depression, cultivate self-love and gratitude, and find peace within. Prepare to embark on a journey towards a brighter future, leaving behind the burdens of the past.

Don't forget to bring your yoga mat, blanket, water, journal, eye mask, and an open mind.

Personal Training

  • Personal/Strength training to allow you to begin to feel more ‘in’ your body than before.

  • To take charge of your body, make mind muscle connections and really begin to take charge.

Private/1:1 Breath Coaching

Cold Exposure/Ice Bath Experiences

We believe in holistic wellness practices that complement and enhance the benefits of breathwork. That's why we're proud to provide cold water therapy as part of our offerings. By immersing oneself in cold water, clients can experience heightened mental clarity, increased resilience to stress, and a rejuvenated sense of vitality. This invigorating practice not only boosts circulation and reduces inflammation but also fosters a deeper connection with the breath and promotes overall well-being. 

Gym and Industry Performance Seminars

Working with your Staff, Coaches and Clients to help them gain a better understanding of the function of breath and how it can be applied in the gym, sports and industry. Help them learn how to be better, stronger, more aware of themselves and more motivated than ever to perform.

A workshop will be tailored to your specific needs covering a range of topics to benefit those in attendance.

Meet Barney, Your Breathwork Coach

Hello there, I'm Barney Mercer, the heart behind Breathe into Life. My journey towards better health kicked off 10 years ago when I was searching for a life free from anxiety, depression, panic, and chronic pain. Along the way, I explored various avenues in both physical and mental health, learning from incredible mentors who guided me tirelessly. Yet, I couldn't seem to find the perfect solution that truly resonated with me.

In my pursuit of wellness, I stumbled upon breathwork, and let me tell you, it was a game-changer. Through this practice, I reclaimed control over my life and my body, charting a path towards improved mental health. The transformative power of breathwork opened up doors I never thought possible, and I've witnessed its magic first hand with countless clients.

At Breathe into Life, we believe that our body's well-being is fundamental to living our happiest, healthiest lives. It's truly an honour for me to share the profound benefits of breathwork with you.
